YOU ARE BUSY.
I GET IT. 

Does this sound familiar? 

The alarm goes off, and you're getting ready for a new day. You grab a quick cup of coffee, jump in the shower and wake up the kids. You fix them breakfast and serve their favorite cereal and a glass of juice or milk. They're off to school, and you're off to work. Their school lunch today is chicken nuggets with macaroni and cheese and apple slices. You grab a salad at work. After dismissal, you're taking them to baseball practice. The kids are hungry. Quick stop at the convenience store to pick up some snacks and a drink. Baseball practice takes longer than usual, and everybody comes home tired. Nobody wants to help in the kitchen, so let's grab some take-out on the way home or make spaghetti with tomato sauce. Add some greens? Eewww! No thanks. Off to bed - it's late. 

We all know that nothing in life matters more than one's health!

And we have all heard the advice "eat more fruits and vegetables" more than once. Today, we actually need to eat 9-13 servings of fruits and vegetables. Not once a week but daily. Between the increase in people's stress levels (which makes the body burn more nutrients), the depleted soil which our food is grown in, fruits and vegetables being harvested too early to develop the nutrients that our body needs and the almost exclusive consumption of processed food, it is not surprising that people feel sick and tired. Our children are at risk of developing degenerative illnesses in erly adulthood that can be avoided by sticking to a healthy diet and lifestyle.

And despite this knowledge, most people find it challenging to develop a healthy lifestyle for themselves and their children. They would love to make changes but are trapped in the daily rat race. Life gets so busy! 

I totally get where you're coming from. And I am here to help you make lasting changes. Changes can be small but impactful. I start out with helping my clients bridge the gap between what they should be eating and what they do eat.

Guess what?

Not only are these changes easy to make but your kids will be on board with this approach, too.

In fact, they'll be begging for MORE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES!

TO RAISE A CHILD

Our children are our future. We are responsible for nurturing them and keeping them out of harm's way. When it comes to nutrition, it is our duty to eductate ourselves so that we can make the right food choices for our children who cannot make those choices for themselves. I am here to support your effort. So here is my pledge to you:

I encourage my clients to nominate one child between the ages of

4-26 who would benefit from more fruits and vegetables in their diet. You can choose any child, and I will help to fund a program that enables children to get their products for free. So far, over 2 million children have been enrolled in this wonderful program.

HEALTHY LIVING IS EASY AND FUN!

Once my customers incorporate more whole foods into their diet, they come to appreciate increased energy, a healthier appearance and overall improved feeling of wellbeing. That's when they realize that food can be a weapon of mass destruction or mass healing. 

 

The desire to eat even fresher develops and that's when I show my clients how they can grow their own food at home with an aeroponic growing systemYou don't need outdoor space or live in an ideal growing climate. In fact, it doesn't matter if you live in a studio apartment in the desert or a log cabin close to the Artic Circle. Check out my latest video:
